West London Synagogue, JAT and Diversity Choir join forces for World AIDS Day 2014

Following last year’s unforgettable World AIDS Day service and concert with The London Gay Men’s Chorus, West London Synagogue will be repeating the event in 2014, this time partnering with JAT (formerly the Jewish AIDS Trust) and the acclaimed Diversity Choir in presenting 'Dreams', a special service and concert on Sunday 30 November, 2014.

We are deeply saddened by the death on Saturday 25 October of Rabbi Sheila Shulman z"l. Her contribution to the development of an inclusive and diverse Judaism in this country is enormous. May her memory be a blessing and an inspiration.

A warm welcome for young adults over the High Holy Days

This year's High Holy Day ticket scheme gave over 200 young adults who were not members of synagogues the chance to attend High Holy Day services in Reform synagogues free of charge.

Sinai's Sleep-in

The Sinai Sukkah Sanctuary Sleep-in took place on Tuesday 14 October, to raise funds for Abigail Housing, an asylum seekers project which provides housing, food and support to people in this situation. The two shared houses in Bradford and one shared house in Leeds provide a home to those who would otherwise be living on the streets.
