Jubilee fun for all at Sinai

Sinai Synagogue in Leeds celebrated the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee by hosting the Great British Jew-bilee Bake-Off on Monday 4th June. There was something for everyone. As well as the myriad of entries for the Bake-Off and the opportunity after the judging to eat the entries, there was a bouncy castle, dancing, cup cake decorating, and competitions.

A time to build at RBRS

After 12 months of informal discussions with Hertsmere Borough Council, the planning application for a new community centre at Radlett & Bushey Reform Synagogue (RBRS) has been submitted.  The proposed building will replace an old hall at the back of the synagogue in Watling Street, Radlett.

Reform communities come together for Shavuot

It is traditional to stay up to take part in a 'Tikkun Leyl Shavuot': Jewish learning for all or part of the first night of Shavuot and many of our communities took the opportunity to come together in study, song, prayer - and of course, cheesecake.
