Foundation Course for Religion School Teachers

A four-term course which takes place either at the Sternberg Centre or in congregations where there is sufficient demand. The course is designed to train teachers for religion school teaching and is open to all prospective, new and experienced religion school teachers. The course is validated by Leo Baeck College.What is the course?

How long does it take?
This is a 4-term course, running over 15 months
What are the requirements?
Participants are expected to teach in a religion school, attend the course regularly, participate in class and undertake supervised teaching practices
What are the costs?
£100 per term per person, for affiliated synagogues usually paid by your synagogue (£200 for unaffiliated)
