Sheleg: RSY-Netzer Winter Camp

Sheleg is the perfect winter experience for young people to create new, and renew old, friendships with people from all over the country.
For new participants Sheleg is a great introduction to RSY-Netzer; for old-timers it is a wonderful reunion. It is a five day residential camp and its friendly environment is perfect for young people ages 8-15 who have not been away from home before.
Sheleg will take place in Kidderminster from 19th-23rd December. There is plenty of time to relax, hang out with friends, make new friends and talk with leaders. With such a wide age range, a lot of the time is spent in separate groups and arrangements are made so that everyone feels comfortable meeting new people from the moment they get on the coach, through each day, and at meal times.
Sheleg is a chance to connect with Judaism in a positive way with some very special moments throughout – RSY-Netzer Shabbat, singing birkat hamazon after meals, creative prayer each day – all give an inspiring and new way to feel and to be Jewish.
